Fitness Regime: Kim Cattrall works out as often as she can. She shoots for 30 minutes of exercise per day, but if the gym isn’t an option, she goes for a walk. Kim often works with a trainer and her routine includes walking, biking, skiing, rollerblading, tennis, running, and light weight lifting. She also practices gyro-lates (a combination of Pilates, yoga, dance, t’ai chi, and swimming), and Pilates to help her improve her posture and sleep better.

Diet Regime:

Kim is very conscious of the slowdown in her metabolism as she ages and is very careful to keep to her diet daily in order to maintain her figure. In particular she likes the GI and the South Beach diets. One of her “tricks” to keep herself from overeating is to put lemon juice on her leftovers so that their bad taste will keep her from eating them.

On a typical day Kim’s diet totals about 2000 calories and includes vegetables, tea, and healthy fats as found in olive oil and fish. On a typical day, Kim might eat like this:
Breakfast
-Papaya juice
-English muffin with butter, a slice of aged cheddar, a slice of fresh tomato, and salt
Lunch
-Gazpacho with piece of French bread
-6 oz fillet of cod
-side salad with olive oil dressing
-unsweetened tea
-creme caramel (as a sweet)
Dinner
-Glass of Chardonnay
-Salad with blue cheese dressing
-Chicken breast with green beans

Goals: Look great after 50
