Fitness Regime: Katherine Heigl works out with the help of trainer Harley Pasternak of the 5-Factor Diet. Her fitness routine consisted of cardio and circuit-training sessions of 25 to 50 minutes each five days a week. A typical workout might include 5 minutes of cardio warm-up (jogging, jump roping, stair-climbing, etc) followed by a strength circuit of dumbbell flies, lunges, and crunches.
