Fitness Regime: While filming “Public Enemies” Johnny Depp reportedly stayed in shape using a treadmill, stability ball, and dumbbells in his room. Depp wasn’t always fit, but he describes the exhausting total-body workout he got whil learning to sword-fight for “Pirates of the Caribbean” as part of his motivation. “All that training made it mentally easier for me to want to stay fit.”

Diet Regime: Since transitioning to a more healthy lifestyle, Depp has cut back on smoking, substituting exercise instead. He also follows a healthy low-fat, low-sodium diet. While filming “Public Enemies” he is reported to have requested foods such as berries and other fruits, soy milk, chicken, eggs, tuna, and plenty of water.
