Diet Regime: Lopez also tried out the Dukan Diet to lose baby weight. The first and second stage restrict the dieter to only protein-rich foods and veggies. The third stage allows light consumption of carbs with 2 “cheat” meals per week. In last stage, the dieter can eat freely 6 days of the week with one day dedicated to high-protein foods only.
