Fitness Regime: Halle follows the 5 Factor Fitness plan. The plan requires 25-minute workouts 5 days a week. After her pregnancy she began working out for 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Workouts consist of three cardio segements: kickboxing, elliptical, and stair-climb, followed by a strength training segment focusing on the abs and legs.
