Fitness Regime: Gabrielle’s normal fitness routine consists of moderate amounts of Pilates and cardio such as walking, running, and biking. To prepare for “Bad Boys II” she stepped up her workouts doing and hour each of Pilates and cardio 5 days per week.

Diet Regime: Gabrielle Union eats a healthy balanced diet. Instead of completely cutting out sweets, carbs, and fatty foods, she enjoys the foods she loves but watches her portion sizes indulging in unhealthy foods only occasionally and in small amounts

Goals: Get a Bad Boys II Bod
