Fitness Regime: After a knee surgery that kept Faith unable to exercise for 6 months, she started regular workouts with her husband Tim McGraw. The two run 4 miles for cardio followed by strengthening with light weight training, crunches, and push-ups. Faith also attends Pilates class three times a week.

Diet Regime: Faith has a passion for food. Some of her favorites are fried chicken and macaroni and cheese. Instead of throwing out these unhealthy dishes, she makes them only on occasion and enjoys only small portions. To keep herself healthy she eats a lot of fruits and veggies.
Goals: Wear a bikini at 41
