Fitness Regime: Eva Longoria took on a particularly rigorous workout to prepare for her wedding in 2007. The routine included 5-10 minutes of cardio warm-up followed by strengthening exercises including squats and lunges with weights, chest presses, push-ups, jumps, and crunches. Normally, Longoria works out for an hour three times per week.

Diet Regime: Longoria doesn’t follow a strict diet, but grew up eating healthily and continues to do so. She eats a protein-rich breakfast and loves egg whites, fresh fruits and veggies, and Tex-Mex preparations like tacos and tortilla soup. She admits a weakness for Mexican food, pizza, and chocolate chip cookies and allows herself to indulge on occasion.
