Fitness Regime: Drew Barrymore struggled with her weight until 2004 when she dropped 20 pounds by improving her diet and workouts. She began running five miles three times a week. She also took up a “boot-camp-style” workout with her personal trainers. She practices yoga and pilates and uses a StairMaster.
