Fitness Regime: Christian Bale’s workout to prepare for his role as Batman required intense speed and agility training, power movements, and compound exercises. Cardio is also important. Bale is a fan of running and does so regularly.

Diet Regime: Christian Bale’s diet consisted of lean meat, fish, healthy fats and whole grains. In order to bulk up fast (he gained more than 100 lbs in 6 months) he was careful to eat regular filling meals.
