Channing Tatum

Fitness Regime: Channing Tatum works out with personal trainer William J. Harris. To prepare for “Fighter” Harris created a routine that included jumping rope, calisthenic exercises like jumping jacks, pull-ups, and squats, and compound moves with barbells and kettlebells. Channing worked out for half an hour each day taking a break every 3 days. Each session began and ended with 5 minutes of cardio (jogging or skipping). The main part of each workout consisted of three high intensity exercises performed in rounds for 20 minutes.

Diet Regime: Harris helped Tatum build a better figure by replacing unhealthy food choices with healthier ones: turkey instead of beef, homemade pizzas instead of frozen ones, etc. Tatum avoided processed and frozen foods, salt, sugar, and alcohol. A typical daily meal plan might include a veggie omelet, whole wheat toast, and fruit for breakfast, grilled chicken with veggies for lunch, a turkey burger with veggies for dinner, and an apple, nuts, cottage cheese, and yogurt as snacks.

Goals: Look like a fighter
