Fitness Regime: Beyonce follows an intense workout routine that includes cardio, calisthenics, resistance exercises, and yoga. She works out for 60 to 90 minutes 4-5 times a week including frequent 4 mile runs. She also rehearses dance routines for hours at a time.

Diet Regime: For her role in “Dreamgirls,” Beyonce used the Master Cleanser diet to lose 20 pounds, but she does not recommend following such an extreme and unhealthy plan (she was in a hurry for a film and gained the weight back soon after). Since then Beyonce has adopted a healthy diet low in calories, but high in protein.
