Fitness Regime: Obama works out most mornings to start off his day right. He typically works out 6 days a week for at least 45 minutes. He spends 4 days lifting weights and the other 2 days on cardio.

Diet Regime: President Obama eats a hearty breakfast of eggs, potatoes, and wheat toast, or oatmeal with fruit and a little bacon. He loves chili as a comfort food as well as Mexican food and burgers. On the campaign trail his eating habits were a mix of healthy choices like favorite veggies broccoli and spinach, and other foods that were more convenient on the road.
