Fitness Regime: Ashley Judd has been practicing yoga since girlhood. She enjoys it not just for it’s physical toning effects, but also finds it’s mind-body toning relaxing and helpful in dealing with bipolar disorder. From time to time she also rock climbs, hikes, mountain bikes, and runs.

Diet Regime: Ashley is a strict vegetarian. She also avoids dairy. Instead Judd consumes organic vegetables and soy milk. She also prefers to do her own shopping and cooking in order to control the calorie content and portion size of her meals.
