Diet Regime: In choosing her food America focuses on being healthy, not skinny. She eats low-fat yogurt with fruit for breakfast, snacks on raw almonds or fresh fruit. For lunch she chooses a wrap or salad and for dinner something like a grilled-chicken fajita or a plate of stir-fried veggies and brown rice. America’s dessert might be a small scoop of ice cream or a piece of dark chocolate.
